Power Vinyasa Yoga

Power Vinyasa Yoga is a strong and fast paced class, that is gracefully harmonising fluid movements with the breath. During the class, postures are held and worked within a faster sequence allowing you to develop muscular strength, flexibility, stamina, balance, agility and co-ordination.

This practice builds great physical power, mental resilience and awakens a compassionate heart through learning how to detach from our minds and calm the body.
